DESCRIPTION
This course is meant to give the practicing real estate licensee a basic overview of specific aspects of the commercial real estate industry. It introduces the types of properties, the process of acquiring properties, and the team of professionals that are involved in commercial real estate transactions. It further gives the licensee tools to use in assessing when it is time to sell the investment. There is a glossary of terms that will be helpful to clarify unfamiliar concepts. Resources and references are available for further reading, if desired.
