Are you interested in instructing for CAPE Education?

CAPE Education is always looking for great instructors. We are looking for experienced professionals with an extensive background in New York Real Estate to lead our scheduled seminars. CAPE instructors are the key to a successful seminar experience. We look for knowledgeable real estate agents or brokers displaying effective communication between lecturer and student.

For Real Estate Continuing Education, CAPE offers courses on various subject matter such as: ethics, rent regulation, real estate principles for listing and negotiating sales, and real estate finance. CAPE holds continuing education classes in the Manhattan, Westchester, and Newburgh area. We have just added a downtown location in Manhattan and will offer class uptown and downtown to better serve the Real Estate Agents of New York.

CAPE offers Real Estate Pre-licensing to become both Salesperson and Broker. The Salesperson and Broker pre-licensing courses are offered in the evenings, weekends, or weekdays. CAPE holds real estate pre-licensing classes in Manhattan and Nanuet.
