Hours Required 24 credit hours are required biennially 6/30, even years (current compliance date 06/30/2008) Approved Course Delivery Methods • Classroom Course Subject Requirements • At least three credit hours must be completed in Ethics. Exam Requirements Self-study final exams are required to be monitored by a disinterested 3rd party (i.e., someone with no business or family relationship to the student). Carryover Credits Carryover of excess credits is not permitted. Course Repetition Credit will not be given for a course taken more within a three-year period. Exemptions • Individuals
who are licensed only for credit life/credit accident and sickness
or insurance offered in connection with banks
and credit transactions CAPE will report credits to Experior within 30 days of course completion. We provide a certificate of course completion for the agent’s records.
