Hours Required
EFFECTIVE January 1, 2015 - Licensees are required to complete at least 18 clock hours of continuing education courses.

Compliance Date All real estate licenses expire on the same date - October 31st.

Course Subject Requirements
2 clock hours every year of legal updates, 18 total per 3 year cycle.

Credit Reporting & License Renewal
Cape will provide a certificate of completion for your records. The state no longer requires credits to be reported to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
